Hello! I’m Alison Butt, a new addition to your dedicated Christ Church team joining as Parish Administrator. Originally I’m from England, but after spending time in Spain, Tennessee, and Southern California, I’ve settled happily in Alameda with my husband and two teenage sons. My background includes education and nonprofit work, most recently at Alameda Meals on Wheels where I still volunteer and offer support services to local seniors.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, dog walks, live music, board games, yoga, kayaking, and traveling. I’m delighted to join Christ Church and look forward to meeting you and supporting parish life!

Tracy’s last day as an employee of Christ Church was Thursday, October 29. We are grateful for her years of service, love, hard work, good humor, hot tea, pickleball acumen, and for sharing her dog, Olive. We will miss Tracy terribly, and we’re excited for her next chapter that includes travel, mas Español, more time with Olive, and continuing to dominate on the pickleball court. Join us this Sunday, November 1st to bless Tracy during church and to send her off in style from our coffee hour.

Come to learn about creating an Estate plan that includes a Trust, Will, and Power of Attorney for Finances and Health Care.  Avoid the possibility of your assets going through Probate court or having a Conservatorship of Person and Estate.  Having a good estate plan in place is a gift you give to yourself and your heirs!
